Thanks to @obsessivedilettante, I’m going to put forth that the mustachioed gentleman is Byun Yo Han.

He’s with two cast members from Reply 1988, Lee Dong Hwi and Ryu Joon Yeol (cut off). 

Actor friends! BYH had a lot of those, tbh. I know he was in Cold Eyes with Lee Dong Hwi and then Socialphobia with Ryu Joon Yeol.
