Although I think the Australian version is better because everyone is much nicer and you can also watch the master classes and the pressure tests are more interesting (recreating ridiculously elaborate desserts that even if you don’t win you’re like, “dammit I made this ridiculously elaborate dessert! I am still a winner!”).
