I have until noon tomorrow to decide which one to go for and while I generally love Powerhouse Live for consistently producing good concerts, I’m annoyed that they only drop detailed ticket info at the last minute.
My friend and I had a great time at the Teen Top show. It was great, we wondered why more shows weren’t at the Copernicus Center. Also, it is smaller than Rosemont, which is fine. Teen Top also wasn’t even close to sold out, but their show was fantastic and they were hilarious (it was not awkward like Block B in DC). I don’t remember if B1A4 was sold out when we saw them, @obsessivedilettante but I feel like it probably wasn’t. I think Block B may have been sold out, but that venue culd also have been smaller. When I saw the SMTM5 tour (Rosemont) and VIXX (somewhere in Indiana), neither place was sold out, so a smaller venue would’ve been better, I think. I will say that the seating at the Copernicus Center isn’t anything special, but again, it should be fine.
We’ll hopefully buy our tickets at 1 PM ET, but since I’m not the one buying them, we’ll see! I am not overly concerned, tbh. If this was my husband or Monsta X or KNK (or Myname, we should be so lucky) I would be way more stressed out. I will say that if you won’t have a car, I’m not sure what the best way to get to the Copernicus Center would be. Maybe taxi or Uber? I’ve driven for Teen Top, SMTM5 and my friend drove for SHINee. Unlike Rosemont, there are no hotels within walking distance of the Copernicus Center. That being said, I can’t wait to see B1A4 again and so close to my birthday, too!
AHHHHHH I am officially excited (not about the weather, but still!). I’m planning on flying in Thur-Sun and have tentatively booked a hotel downtown, too. I will probably use public transport/uber – I’m not too worried about that. But we could maybe meet up for dinner before the show!
