Someone just regifted this to me because she doesn’t like coconut and honestly I don’t like coconut, either – with the exception being this ring of deliciousness. 😋

Even though #girlscoutcookies were my LIFE growing up as a #girlscout with a mum who was the leader (every Feb, our garage would be filled with cases of cookies waiting to be picked up), I haven’t had any in YEARS so I’m excited to try these again and see if they live up to my memories.🍪
