Chillin’ at the bar while I wait for my showing of #BlackPanther. Overwhelmed by the choice of local brews, trying out a blood orange IPA. Much lighter than I anticipated, and it took a few sips before the orange flavor came through. Not sure I’d order it again, but it was with the experience.

No Kissing Office

Cha Soo Chul ( Kim Jae Wook ) is an associate in a small but well respected law firm. Although he is quite young, he has an outstanding record so far and therefor he – foolishly – hopes to be promoted as a partner in the following years. He is handsome and dresses well, however he is also obstinate and proud. He hates loosing and he is a zealous person.

A young law student is hired as a clerk to help Cha Soo Chul with his load of work. Lee Moo Ki ( Gong Myung ) is committed and idealistic but he is also opinionated. Since Soo Chul is also quite opinionated himself, they often argue.

Lee Moo Ki becomes close to Kim Ha Na ( Kim Min Young ), an associate who was hired around the same time as him, and Lee Bang Jin ( Jung Hye In ), a paralegal who fills them in every little tips and gossips. Through her, Moo Ki learns that the aces of their small firm are not the partners but rather Cha Soo Chul and Ma Ji In ( Lee El ). Ma Ji In is Cha Soo Chul’s ex-wife. She is stylish, but also laid-back and eccentric, yet she is a workaholic who detests loosing just as much as her ex. She works with Nam Ha Jun ( Ji Il Joo ), a quiet and efficient clark.

Working together despite their divorce less than a year ago, Soo Chul and Ji In often bicker and get into arguments about every small details. When that happens, they fire words at each others and sometimes inadvertently end up calling each other by names such as ‘dear’ or ‘yobo’.

Although he doesn’t have any actual proof, Moo Ki is persuaded Soo Chul and Ji In are still in love with each other. With the help of the managing partner of the law firm ( Kim Chang Wan ), Moo Ki begins to subtly meddle in the former couple’s private affair.

My beloved earbuds died this morning. *cries*

I went to replace them on Amazon and had a mild panic atrack when I realized I could only order from 3rd party sellers, which is never a good sign, since it means this product is discontinued and not being stocked much longer.

If anyone knows of something similar to the Sennheiser CX 300 ii, please let me know! I’m also searching, but I also have a bag full of mud-range and cheap earbuds that I’ve tried over the years in the hopes of finding something that satisfied me as much as CX 300’s, but these have been the most comfortable and reliable for me for about a decade.

I have happily replaced them every couple of years when they no longer work (I am not gentle on earbuds, so this is just a reasonable expectation). But I don’t know if I’ll be able to do that much longer (and I can’t afford to buy alllllllll the 300’s I can find, or that would totally be an option, like I did with the Bob Cousy PF Flyers when I realized they weren’t making any more and these were the only shoes of that style that were comfortable on my weird feet. I still have 2 unopened boxes in my closet).

Anyway, I’m having earbud woes. I love the asymmetrical cord, but I guess I’ll have to suck it up and try a different style of Sennheisers. Sigh.
