replied to your post “While finding gifsets to queue, I’ve decided my fave reviews rn are…”
I find that that first comment is more realistic that a magic manhole.
I’m exaggerating a little bit but everything about the drama seems clear it’s a fun “fairytale romcom” (like most romcoms are, tbh), and it actually felt like the plot could probably fit into a romcom movie that, for the record, I would totally watch.
I think I’m just extra grumpy because I’ve been going through my email and dealing with a totally unrelated show but similar comments where real life isn’t real enough and people making judgements about characters without going “oh hey maybe they’re gonna learn some lessons in the next sixteen hours and make some positive changes in their lives, like, y’know maaaayyyyyyybe the writer has some character development planned or something, which is crazy talk, I know, but just maybe it could happen.”
Then again I’ve been away for tumblr so much except to queue gifsets that maybe I’ve forgotten how to talk about dramas.
While finding gifsets to queue, I’ve decided my fave reviews rn are the ones that are like “it’s so unrealistic that a 28-year-old deadbeat would be in love with this girl all his life and never tell her yet still would expect her somehow to love him back.”
And I’m just like, “but we’re okay with the magic manhole and tiny firefly aliens, though? Ok, gtk!”
I was taking the rumors with a grain of salt until we officially got a statement from YG, but apparently the rumors are true: Soo Hyuk quietly enlisted today and will spend the next two years as a civil servant.

Also NJTTW has got that Weezer song stuck in my head again a day after I’d managed to finally get that earworm out of my brain. Thanks a lot, guys.
Fight me, tiny firefly aliens!
Hey just in case anyone forgot I’m here to remind you all that Jaejoong is still really pretty.
