Am I the only one who thinks Lei is miscast – or at least misdirected?

I feel like glasses tea boy could have been a good alternate Lei because I’m feeling the SLS pull (even though I remember being all about that secondary loveline in the k-drama, and I think we’re doing that again here, although I’m realizing I’m starting to go off my mental map of the manga so this is probably where I stopped reading). He seems kind and charming and mysterious and all those things I normally associate with the Lei character.

Anyway. I just wish Lei’s attraction made more sense, because I’m pretty sure his blackhole of boringness is another reason why I love my pineapple son the way I do.

i saw your july forecast and u mentioned mr sunshine…..AND LEMME TELL U. mr sunshine IS BOMB. the cast. the cinematography. evERYYTHANG. i tooootally recommend it

I saw the first 1.5 eps and they were indeed very beautiful! But also very boring. I’ve got too many other dramas right now that interest me more, but I’m keeping it in my Netflix queue for whenever I want to watch something pretty that doesn’t require my full attention and when I need to swoon over Byun Yo Han in period dress.

dykeboots:

tbh the real advice I’d give to anyone is, do shit alone. go to a museum & go at your own pace & leave the instant you’re done. go somewhere you’ve never been and just wander around, duck into & out of places as it pleases you. linger as long as you’d like.

So, I had kind of a difficult week last week, but today I met Potato, an overly-excited and adorably fat Boston Terrier mix who acted like I was the best thing he’d seen all day. He lives across the street and I’m happy that we’ll probably run into each again.

I also got to pet my upstairs’ neighbor’s dog today while they were chilling on our front porch, so you know things are looking up.
