Maybe you can help me out, because I’m a little confused as to why Gong Yoo became a goblin in the first place. Maybe I didn’t understand it right, but he became a goblin because he had the blood of all the people he killed on his hands. But if that’s right, the entire army, and the people they were fighting would be goblins too wouldn’t they?
You’re asking the person who literally fast forwarded through the origin story under the assumption the important bits would be repeated as needed.
My sassy answer is he became a goblin because he’s the lead.
It kinda feels like there might be one. If Kim Shin leaves in order for Wang Yeo to leave Eun Tak alone, maybe that’s where the skip will happen.
I know there has to be one because we haven’t reached 2016 yet but I want it to happen already because I’m a little horrified at what is supposed to be cute in this ep.
She appeared as an old lady with no name throughout the drama, and had one, less than a minute, appearance as her other character. Still don’t know her name or what her purpose is.
Yeah, that’s her! I literally decided to give this a chance because I was like “Lee El as an old lady????”
But I’m still aghast at the length even though I’m only a couple of minutes in.
I’ve only seen bits and pieces of it since I haven’t started it yet, but I love Jun Ji Hyun’s character already.
Yeah, she’s incredible. While this isn’t my fave writer, I’m genuinely curious to see how the Joseon mermaid and the modern mermaid are connected. I have vague hopes that it’s more than just what’shisprettyface stupid-love-story but hey how often do we get to continue the “modern reincarnation” aspect of a drama – that’s usually saved for the last few minutes of a sageuk finale.
Just thought I’d let you know that I have all the horses.

The synopsis does sound pretty….bad. It’s bad. But I’m a sucker for mythical beings and such so I might check it out >.<
I don’t care what people said about DotS, I still don’t trust this writer. But I love Lee El and her characters are always gems, so I’m conflicted because I feel like this writer isn’t worthy of such an actress but Lee El’s judgement in choosing projects (or at least interesting roles) is generally sound. Maybe she just wants to be part of a guaranteed hit, and I can’t resent her for such a practical decision.

I do like tea! And I love Im Joo Eun, especially that character. So it’s a win-win.
Their new update is even worse. They added a snapchat like feature that’s stuck in a row at the top.
ugh that sounds terrible. Now I don’t know that I’ll ever actually IG again this except to stalk a couple of celebrities.
Which is a bummer because I was just starting to get into it last year.
