Mum just checked in for her flight and told me she got a comp upgrade to business class. She’s happy because that means she gets to use the lounge and then a lay-flat seat for the nine hours to England.
And here she was, all annoyed during our final brunch that, when checking in online this morning, that her seat assignment had changed from what she originally selected. She just didn’t know how much it changed!
