I don’t know concert is going on tonight, but apparently it’s for fans who can’t read, because so many people are taking up the permit-only parking who do not have permits.
My irritation at having to park a block further away, however, has been soothed knowing there’s a parking enforcement car slowly going down the next street and soon those folks who can’t read street signs will find themselves paying $50 for the privilege of parking on my street.
