Sorry for not being useful 🙂 Maybe trying another browser could fix it? At least temporarily. If not, it must be a site issue and you can only then warn the staff and be patient…

I tried in another browser I rarely use, and it didn’t work there, either. So it’s not a browser or xkit issue. *pout*
