I was planning to post this myself, thank you for…

The season finale is tonight! *plugs ears and covers eyes to avoid getting spoiled on whatever season-ending twist there will be until I have a chance to watch it tomorrow*

Netflix US doesn’t have the second season), but I’m assuming it should be available shortly (a month, maybe?) because it seems Netflix uploads new seasons that they stream as “originals” with “new episodes each week” internationally pretty quickly on Netflix US. But don’t hold me to that.

What is you go-to rec for an older drama that you’d rewatch?

Dalja’s Spring. It’s ten years old, but still relatable and holds up well (or at least it did, the last time I saw it). Plus it has a lot of the classic cracktastic drama elements, like noona romance, contract relationships, fake dating, and forced cohabitation. Not to mention I adore Dalja and the friendship she makes with her coworkers – such a great story of female friendships stemming from the unlikeliest places.

Most importantly, it has a bby Kim Jae Wook.

56 & 59!

56: Recommend 1 mini-drama (any # of episodes, each last <30 minutes)

I Order You. Yunho is actually pretty good in it.

59: Tell a random story involving K-Dramas

I still can’t believe the hill I died on with DF’s questionable subbing team was about a condom. That’s a fun and awkward (yet hilarious) tale to regale people with at dinner parties.

Straight romance is not for everyone…I prefer a side of mayhem and murder, myself. I loved Marriage Not Dating, but it’s so about family and friends, too I don’t know if it counts. X)

Yeah, but it’s weird because rom-coms were the reason I started watching dramas in the first place. Hana Yori Dango led to BoF, which then led to You’re Beautiful (and the rest, as they say, is history).

I dunno. Maybe my tastes have changed as I’ve grown older? I know I like the more ponderous dramas that I might have skipped before, where sure there can be romance but it’s not the only thing. In fact, the more low-key the romance, the more I will probably enjoy it.

Fall is arriving in Oklahoma–I went for my first bike ride in ages with my mom and the crisp air going by was delicious. It’s getting to be flannel shirt weather! This is unrelated to the internet but it’s happy? X)

Ohhhh, that sounds lovely and indeed something to be happy about! ^_^

We had 90-degree-weather which ugh. I’m hoping it’s that last little bit of summer heat wave and we can start settling into proper Autumn weather soon.

replied to your video “I love this mix of b-boy dancing and Lee Sora’s famous ballad, “The…”

Thanks for reminding me I want to watch this show!

I love it! I’m nearly finished with the third season, which is perhaps the best season since it culls from some of the best dancers of the first two seasons (which are great, too, in their own ways). I’m conflicted though because Blue Eye has all my favorite dancers, but Red Wings is a stronger team.

I’m going to be sad when I finish up the last two eps because this has been a bright spot of my summer and I would totally watch another season! Hit the Stage is enjoyable enough, but I like more dancing and less “make the idols play silly games” (which is something I never thought I’d say).

EDIT: I forgot to add that I don’t think it’s subbed anywhere, if you need subs. Mnet has the first two seasons uploaded on their site (mwave something or other) and I’m watching the third season via OnDemandKorea. Although I’m sure a little google-fu will find you other (non-subbed) sources.
