Kdrama Women’s Week: Least Typecast Fave

Im Joo Eun

From a possessed schoolgirl to a fairy turned evil that possesses other people; from a rebellious college student in love with her professor to a down-on-her-luck tutor to rich kids caught in a depressing love triangle; from quirky neighbor who speaks her mind to conniving rich chaebol to actual empress – Im Joo Eun can do it all, and never seems to have the same role twice. My only complaint is that she seems selective about her roles and isn’t on my screen enough.

I’m so excited to see my darling Im Joo Eun on my screen again (in a supporting role, but whatevs, it’s still second billing which is better than I normally get), and to have her with Im Joo Hwan? My What’s Up? lovin’ heart can barely contain the excitement.

Somehow I’m going to make this into the sequel I’ve always wanted. Somehow.

Lim Ju Eun at yesterday’s wrap party for the Woozy drama

.. I’m sure a lot of people don’t know her very well, especially if they are newer fans to kdramas. She hasn’t been in many in the past few years, and when she has they’ve been small roles. It’s quite strange she’s had such a hard time breaking out from them lately, she’s quite a talented actress, great at both comedy and intense drama. (See What’s Up? and Wild Romance). Please support her when the Woozy drama airs. ^^

Woozy is just a promotional gimmick – LimJu²/ImJoo² is the only thing that matters.
