I’m training another person today. Wahhhhh. And I’ve got a cough and feel mildly terrible so was just hoping to get through the day, but instead have to be “on” and talk nonstop. Sigh.

Remember this cutie who was abandoned with us? After following the procedures to officially declare him abandoned, we took him to a shelter last week (after he’d been with us for a month), and today we got word that he’s found a new family. Yay!
I won’t be around much the next week or so except for a few idle glances on mobile, so if you think I’m ignoring it’s totally ‘cause I don’t like you.

I can only do so much on mobile so if you ask me any drama questions, they will have to wait. Well, if you ask me any questions just generally they’ll have to wait, but I predominately get questions about dramas. Although I will answer questions about other things. Or just… things. Yeah.
(Not that anyone notices – or cares? *cries* – my brief absences, but just so you know.)

I’ve been training someone all week so I’m grumpy and tired because I’ve been talking eight hours a day and having to be “on” all that time has exhausted my deep-rooted inner introvert.
Someone send me videos of cute animals doing ridiculous things or something because I need to get out of this funk.
The place I’m at right now has CNN on one of the TV’s and it’s playing that Anthony Bourdain show where he travels and eats amazing things and I’m suddenly starving and want to eat all the delicious things. I don’t even know what country he’s in because I’m only vaguely paying attention but it looks amazing and I need to know if I can find something similar locally.
I made the mistake of taking a nap after work today and somehow ended up sleeping until 7, so now I’m wiiiiiiiiiiiiiide awake. Which is probably a good thing since I’ve got Things To Do, but I’m also mildly annoyed because I’m gonna mess up my sleeping schedule this weekend.
I’m normally able to sweet talk an enthusiastic friend into celebrating Bonfire Night by going up into a campsite in the mountains and having a bonfire in one of the fire pits.
But today is also the first snowfall of the season (yayyyy!!!!!) so it’ll probably be a quiet evening at home instead.
I just checked my queue to see what’ll be posting for the next few days (I’m so excited for you, anon – I hope these freeze in excellent positions!), and realized that I only have enough in my queue to last through January.
For the first time in a couple of years, my queue is below 100 posts.
Clearly I need to hang out on tumblr more often because I’m obviously missing vital Hoya posts to reblog.
Tbh I just assume that all my recent followers are mobile users who thought they tapped the “X” but accidentally tapped “Follow” and I’m so very sorry that you have no idea what you’re getting into.
