The terrible thing about my two most anticipated dramas airing on the same nights is I have to make the impossible decision of which show will be bumped to later in the week.

Right now it’s SFD but it’s killing me not being able to watch it right away. But that’s a welcome feeling, actually, since this is the first time in a year I’ve been this excited about one show, much less two.

October is the best month.

I made plans to do a bunch of chores tomorrow since between a crazy work schedule and then being sick I basically have done nothing at home for a couple of weeks. It’s a very ambitious chore list starting early in the morning.

So now I’m staying up late watching Disney movies like the rebellious child that I truly am.

Guess what I’m doing tonight!

I was super bummed I couldn’t go last night because a fever means no public interaction, but since I feel loads better and am fever-free, I snagged a ticket for tonight. I’ll miss my center-front-row-mezz seat but I’ll enjoy being closer (even if off-to-the-side).

I’m so excited. It’s been too long since I’ve gone to a show.

Every so often I’ll get a random kudos on the flight of fancy I migrated* to AO3 and I’m like “awww, I forgot about that!” and momentarily contemplate actually trying my hand at fanfiction but then realize I easily stop caring about characters when there are new ones in front of me** and know that they’re left in better hands of people who truly care, and I decide “naw, I’m good.”

*I posted it here but can’t find it and don’t want to wade through endless tags so boo

**with the exception of the rare handful that stick-to-my-ribs and will never leave

After a weekend spent with the best dog ever, I’m back home – and totally sick. Blergh.

Fighting off a fever by dozing in and out of endless cooking competition shows. Hopefully I feel better tomorrow because it’s back to real life, aka work and kdramas.

Pet-sitting again this weekend, this time for one of my old friend’s dogs that I’ve known since she was a young pup, eager to take on the world. I was her first pet-sitter (and her favorite!).

Now she’s a fat middle-aged lady, snoring away next to me on the sofa.
