I’ve been going on a nostalgia music trip to my high school years (I blame Everything Sucks!) and I’d just like to say that I am so fortunate(?) to have grown up during that tiny sliver of time when ska punk was cool.
Also Five Iron Frenzy’s music is just as fun and thought-provoking (occasionally both at the same time) as it was when I was a teen. I mean, I feel like I ought to intrinsically cringe because, y’know, ska, but honestly they’re still such bops that I don’t care. Bring on the horns!
