Tag: somehow it makes the story better?

Every time a character disappears in that “bus goes by and they’re suddenly gone” way I just imagine that character gasping for breath as they crouch behind a tree or something, all proud of themselves for disappearing in such a cool way even if it was only sprinting out of sight.
