Why is there no such thing as a decent part-time job?

Tagged and i can't afford to go part-time at my current job, feeling grumpy, i choose all the wrong things, i just want a part-time office job that isn't too mentally taxing so i can focus on freelance stuff, personal, ugh it's like the world hates artists, which i've already maxed out for my growth potential, WHY IS THAT SO HARD?, yeah this is not the industry to get into if you want to make money
