Watching Z makes me want to dig out the autobiography I have on Zelda and all the other material on the popular writers, artists, and other figures of the Lost Generation.

Tagged (dick diver from tender is the night in case anyone is wondering), and i wouldn't read their stuff necessarily if i weren't getting a grade for them, and i've been preoccupied with other things in life, and one of my favorite courses ever was about expat writers in paris in the 20's, anyway, but i still adore that time period and it makes me happy studying it/discussing, but moonlight in paris is still a very important film for me bc it reminded me of a good chunk of my college years, but you have no idea how thrilled i am to be returning to paris this year, hahahaha yeah no i'm better not being in school, hey did you know that before dramas overtook my life, i don't care how cliche it is, i have half a bookshelf devoted to that period and writers and artists, i know w**dy a**en is persona non grata for very good reason, i literally pretended to be a character from a fitzgerald novel in a literary salon that we held at la coupole, i love that city, i need to reread/read those books that have just been gathering dust these past many years, i was a huge nerd who was obsessed with the cultural ramifications of wwi, my professor said i should go on and get a literature phd because of those courses, the point being, whoops tag essay, yeah fitzgerald and hemingway and all that were misogynistic jerks, you don't hear me talk about it here because this is a fun mindless fandom place, zelda is severely underrated and should have had a chance to shine w/o her husband
