Second PKW sighting! Complete with terrible wig, ridiculous outfit, bathroom humor (literally), and adorable English.

Tagged (don't worry i'mma do a roundup of screencaps to post on the other blog), and as ridiculous as kang hwi, so far he's been as intense as shunji, we'll see where it lands but once he pairs up with kang ji hwan i'm expecting more hilarity
